Do you think there exists a heaven? After visiting Bangalore, the garden city of India, I have no doubt you will. Bangalore was by far the most popular stop on any of my tours of Indian cities. Bangalore is regarded as the Silicon Valley of India for its revolution in information technology and the gardens that nature has given it. Discovering the heart of Asia and the most liveable city in India will give you the feeling that your time and experiences were worthwhile.
Lalbagh Botanical Garden
Do you like to find both nature and history in one place? So Lalbagh is the best option. One of Bangalore’s largest and oldest gardens, the Lalbagh Botanical Garden, serves as the lungs of the city. I was amased to see the appearance of the geometries in this area and the many tourists. The park is home to various centuries-old tropical and non-tropical plants. Additionally, it has displays including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, which is a true delight for Disney fanatics.
The Lalbagh Flower Show held on Republic Day (26 January) and Independence Day (15 August), is a manifestation of divine beauty that has never left my eyes. To see the most fantastic scene ever, be sure to mark it on your calendar.
Bannerghatta Biological Park
Exploring forests and seeing endangered species of animals will always be on people’s bucket lists. The Bannerghatta Biological Parks offer three types of safaris for those who enjoy the outdoors. The lion and tiger safaris were superior to the deer, bear, and padre safaris. It is a courteous experience to see these animals up close when on a safari.
When I discovered that this forest serves as a rehabilitation centre for orphaned animals who are saved from abuse or the wild, I became emotionally invested in this safari in addition to enjoying it. This safari is one of the best opportunities for people to discover more about wildlife and an excellent method to generate empathy for animals. The pride of Bangalore’s green city has always been this park and safari.
Wonder la
Do you desire an adrenaline rush? Do you desire a wild, exhilarating, and breath-taking water ride? If so, Wonder La is unquestionably the place for you. The city’s best and most thrilling attraction is this amusement park. Wonder La features 60 exhilarating rides that excite people of all ages. Visvesvaraya Museum
You’ll find this museum in the centre of Bangalore, on Kasturba Road. The accessibility elements of the museum surprised me. The sloping entry makes it very easy to traverse, whether you’re using a wheelchair or a pram or stroller for babies. The museum’s exhibits are made to encourage youngsters’ interest in “science” through play and exploration. Some of the fantastic features of the museum are the life-Sise robotic dinosaur, the floating ball, the whispering dish, the magical tap, and the enormous piano on the floor where youngsters may dance to their tunes. This museum elevates your knowledge to a new level through live demonstrations, interactive activities, and completed experiments.
Spending the day at this museum will expose your child’s inquisitive mind to far more than cell phones and televisions.
Aero Space Museum
If you desire aviation, you must attend the charming Aero Space Museum. Unique tourism destination Aerospace Museum merits a special place on your itinerary. It has acquired the distinction of being the nation’s first aerospace museum. The museum guides you through India’s aviation industry’s beginnings, development, and accomplishments through a remarkable collection of aircraft, prototypes, engine models, pictures, and other exceptional displays. The museum complex also provides simulated rides, gardens, play areas, and other attractions to make your holiday unforgettable. Overall, it is one of Bangalore’s most fabulous entertainment destinations and equally captures children’s and adults’ interests.
Try out the thrilling flight simulators; they will give you a true sense of what it’s like to fly a jet or a commercial aircraft.
Vidhana Soúdha
The Vidhana Sodha is one of Bangalore’s most spectacular and magnificent structures, beautifully fusing modern and ancient architectural styles. It is a powerfully symbolic building with its evocative corridors and massive arches. The magnificent stone building is considerably more than just a contemporary memorial. People are drawn to it not only for its magnificent design and architecture but also for its hidden meaning, cultural significance, and unrivalled elegance.
It is breathtakingly magnificent when Vidhana Soudah is floodlit on Sunday evenings and holidays. A stop at Vidhana Sodha is a must on every sightseeing tour in Bangalore.
Bangalore Palace
Visit the Bangalore palace to experience what it’s like to be royalty. The magnificent Bangalore Palace, the pinnacle of excellent design and beauty, still has the flavour of former regal opulence. The palace’s striking architecture is a fusion of Scottish and Tudor styles. The palace’s wooden construction and exquisite exterior and interior carvings highlight the authentic culture in distinctive ways. You may experience the exquisite and opulent splendour of south India by visiting this palace.
