The most beautiful beach in Asia will make your tropical dreams come true!

With summer coming up soon, now is the ideal time to visit one of the best beaches in Asia. Some of the most breathtaking beaches on Earth can be found in Asia. These coastlines range from little-known gems to famous beauty spots. Picture stepping out onto warm, golden sands, listening to the waves lap against the shore, and feeling the salty air on your skin. These beaches are the best in Asia, according to Tripadvisor’s Traveller’s Choice Best of the Best Beaches. They have everything you could want: adventure, rest, or picture-perfect scenery.

Best Beaches in Asia

1. Banana Beach – Phuket, Thailand

TripAdvisor’s “Best Beaches in the World for 2025” list put Banana Beach on Coral Island, Phuket, at number two. This is yet another award for Thailand’s stunning natural beauty.

TripAdvisor, a well-known site for reviews of travel spots, posted its annual list of the world’s best beaches on February 18. This list helps travellers find their next dream holiday spot.

Elafonissi Beach in Crete, Greece, is at the top of the list. But Thailand’s Banana Beach is also getting a lot of attention. With its clear blue water, soft white sand, and colourful coral reefs, it’s no wonder that this secret paradise is becoming famous around the world.

Coral Island (Koh Hey), a 30-minute speedboat journey from Phuket’s Boat Lagoon Marina, is a must-see for beautiful beaches, pristine waters, and thrilling water sports. This island is ideal for snorkelling, swimming, and sunbathing due to its beautiful white sand and vivid coral reefs. Coral Island has seaside eateries, sun loungers, bathrooms, and watersports like parasailing, kayaking, banana boat excursions, and scuba diving. This island offers adventure and relaxation.

Banana Beach, a hidden gem with blue waters, thick rainforest, and a laid-back feel, is one of the island’s most beautiful locales. Coral Island’s Banana Beach is a great place for people who want to be alone.  Snorkeling is fantastic because of the vibrant marine life that is only a few meters from the shore.  A fantastic beachside eatery with a view that serves fresh seafood and tropical beverages. Banana Beach on Coral Island is one of Phuket’s top beaches due to its natural beauty, beautiful waves, and tranquil atmosphere!

2. Kelingking Beach – Nusa Penida, Indonesia

One of the most well-known places on Nusa Penida is Kelingking Beach, which is often shown in ads for Bali and Indonesia. It’s called T-Rex Bay on Google Maps because the rocks there are shaped like the backbone of a dinosaur. People may even see Manta rays from the top of the cliff.

Many tourists visit the esplanade to take drone photos and enjoy the stunning views. Many people visit Nusa Penida island due to the fame of Kelingking Beach, particularly on social media. It’s interesting that “Kelingking” can also mean “pinky finger” in Indonesian, but you’ll have to use your mind to figure out why.

TripAdvisor said that Kelingking Beach was one of the ten best beaches in the world. The World’s 50 Best Beaches also named it one of the 50 most beautiful beaches in the world in 2024.

3. Haeundae Beach – Busan, South Korea

The beach is the first thing people think of when they hear Busan! Busan’s most popular beach is Haeundae. Haeundae Beach draws people year-round to experience Busan’s energy.

Nearly 10 million Koreans love to spend the summer at Haeundae Beach. Its 1.5 km white sandy beach, complete with many entertainment amenities, attracts men and women of all ages from throughout the world. Haeundae Beach is the most popular beach for foreign tourists and holidaymakers from across the country who like to swim and sunbathe.

Walking along Haeundae Beach leads to peaceful Dongbaekseom Island. The easy Dongbaek Coastal Trail goes through a lush forest to get to the beach. Along the way, you can see the island and the water. It used to be separate from the shore, but now there is a bridge that connects the two.

The nighttime scenery of Haeundae Beach is even better. Near the entrance to Dongbaekseom Island, The Bay 101 offers dining and bar services and a stunning nighttime view of Marine City. Like Hong Kong and New York, the buildings’ shimmering lights are mesmerising.

Haeundae Beach also has fascinating attractions, including Haeundae Traditional Market, which serves wonderful yet reasonable gukbap (rice soup), and the Gunam-ro Culture Square, which hosts weekend performances and events.

The May–June Haeundae Sand Festival transforms the beach’s white sand into stunning art. The festival features international sand artists and a range of activities. July’s Busan Sea extravaganza is another must-see midsummer night’s extravaganza. Haeundae Beach is popular not just because of its name but also because guests have formed many happy moments here and return with anticipation and joy.

4. White Beach – Boracay, Philippines

Boracay is a small Visayas island in the Filipino center. It’s 4-kilometre White Beach, with powdery white sand and postcard-perfect views, has been named the world’s best for years. It’s the Philippines’ top tourist destination, a tropical paradise in which kitesurfers thrive.

Boracay’s White Beach, palm-fringed and lined with restaurants, bars, and hotels, draws locals and international travellers. Beaches are white, waters are flat and clean, and sunsets are stunning. Paraws can be rented for an hour to sail around the sunset.

One of Boracay’s most photographed spots is Willy’s Rock, a rocky outcropping in front of White Beach featuring a Virgin Mary monument. Bulabog Beach lies on the east coast. Its strong winds are best for kitesurfing and other water sports, attracting international athletes. Kitesurfing schools on this beach accept novices and pros, especially during global competitions.

Boracay is known for its nightlife and parties. Boracay’s bars, pubs, reggae bars, and beach clubs offer world-class entertainment. Recent government rehabilitation efforts have introduced new laws to ensure the island’s ecological and environmental sustainability, including bans on drinking and smoking on the beach, limiting loud and large parties, and regulating hotel operations.

5. Radhanagar Beach – Havelock Island, India

Among the nicest beaches in India is Radhanagar. It is on Havelock Island, which is also known as Swaraj Dweep. The beach is peaceful, and the view of the wide stretches of white sand, turquoise water, coconut trees, and mangrove trees makes you feel like you’re going through a tropical jungle. To fully experience the Andamans, you must visit this beach.

Radhanagar Beach, beach number seven, appears to be a picture. It has been named the “7th best beach in the world” by TIME Magazine and has also been given the prestigious Blue Flag award. This approval indicates that the beach is taking sustainable and environmentally friendly actions. This is why Radhnagar Beach in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands is a must-see beach spot.

Neil’s Cove is a great place to visit at Radhanagar Beach. Walk 10 minutes down the beach to get here. A hidden gem is this pond near Radhanagar Beach Cove. This site also gives you a lot of chances to take pictures of one of India’s best beaches. But swimming in the water is not allowed at all after dark.

As a result, Radhanagar Beach in Swaraj Dweep is an obvious must-see place, thanks to its wide range of attractions and friendly people.

6. Bentota Beach – Bentota, Sri Lanka

Southwest Sri Lanka’s Bentota Beach is a stunning golden beach. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a tropical holiday. Bentota Beach is a great place for people of all ages and interests to enjoy the beach because of its lush greenery, swaying palm trees, and calm water.

By car or train, it’s easy to get to Bentota Beach. The nearest airport, Bandaranaike International Airport, is about two hours away. People from all over the world can easily get to this beautiful place because there are many ways to get there, such as private cars, buses, and trains.

Bentota Beach’s natural beauty and stunning scenery are breathtaking. The soft, golden sand slowly slopes into the clear, blue waters of the Indian Ocean, making this the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Shade and sun protection come from tall palm trees along the shore. The beach is made even more beautiful by the calm Madu River that flows next to it.

There are a lot of things to do at Bentota Beach for people who like water sports. You can go jet skiing, sailing, snorkelling, and scuba diving in the Indian Ocean because the water is clear and warm. People can also go on boat trips along the Bentota River, where they can see crocodiles, monkeys, and water birds, among other plants and animals.

Everyone can enjoy Bentota Beach, which is a truly fascinating place to visit. Bentota Beach is a great place to spend a holiday because of its stunning natural beauty, fun water sports, interesting cultural sites, and delicious food.

7. White Sand Beach – Khao Lak, Thailand

White Sand Beach in Khao Lak, Thailand, is a hidden gem. Relax in a tropical paradise at this gorgeous beach. White beaches Beach boasts pristine beaches, gorgeous sunsets, interesting locations to hang out under swaying trees, and a busy culinary scene. It will delight all travellers. Join me to explore this seaside paradise’s beauty.

Beautiful, pure white sands stretch for miles on White Sand Beach. Because the water gently laps the coast, you can swim or rest. While some Thai beaches are packed, White Sand Beach is calm. This is ideal for couples, families, and independent travellers looking to unwind.

One of White Sand Beach’s best attractions is its sunset. The sunset paints the sky in pleasant colours and illuminates the distance. You may photograph this magnificent moment or enjoy nature’s daily show.

White Sand Beach’s secluded spots under the big trees that beautifully bend over the beach are popular. Take a break from the sun and read a book or speak with other beachgoers under these natural canopies. You can relax with a beach meal or nap while listening to the waves.

Unwind on Khao Lak’s White Sand Beach, surrounded by nature and savouring wonderful meals. This holiday will be unforgettable. This beach’s lovely white sands, gorgeous sunsets, and distinctive tree-lined hangouts charm everyone who visits. This beachfront getaway has everything you need to relax, including massage shops and a busy restaurant scene. Take your baggage to White Sand Beach for the finest tropical holiday ever!

8. Nacpan Beach – Palawan, Philippines

Nacpan Beach is a four-kilometre stretch of gorgeous, cream-colored sand with coconut trees swaying in the wind on each side. It is 17 kilometres north of El Nido on Palawan Island. The water is a lovely shade of blue. Nacpan Beach, which used to be a mystery, is now a well-known tourist spot in El Nido Town. People who want quiet beaches come here.

It hasn’t been built up as much as other beaches in the Philippines, which gives it a rustic character that makes it great for swimming, relaxing, and watching the sunset. At a beachfront restaurant, people can eat quietly, kayak, paddleboard, or sunbathe.

A guided trip that gets you up and leaves you off at your hotel is the ideal method to reach Nacpan Beach. A private El Nido Town Tour to Nacpan Beach, Marimegmeg, and Lio Shores, including lunch and Transfers, is available. A cheaper El Nido Town Tour visits Nacpan Beach, Lio Estate, Waterfalls, and Fishing Village.

You can rent a scooter or motorcycle from the town. These options are affordable, but the rocky and muddy roads may make them uncomfortable in the wet season. If you’re travelling from elsewhere, you can plan El Nido tours.

Nacpan Beach is well-known but never too busy. A lot of people like to relax under the palm palms or stand on the slope between Nacpan and Calitang Beach to take in the view.

Nacpan Beach is popular for paddleboarding, fishing, and surfing in certain seasons. A few restaurants and hostels sell food and drinks on the beach, making it a nice daytime hangout.

Nacpan Beach is a must-see for ship passengers in El Nido with limited time. Island-hopping tours in El Nido take longer, but Nacpan Beach is a brief but peaceful tropical getaway.

Cruise ships offer short-day trips of El Nido. The excursion includes lunch, transportation, and Nacpan Beach. El Nido tours are popular with cruise ship passengers who want a relaxing but scenic land experience.

9. Phra Nang Cave Beach – Ao Nang, Thailand

You can also call Tham Phra Nang Beach Thai Phra Nang Beach. This beach seems like it came out of a dream. The famous rock island in the water is shown on Krabi’s postcards because the beach as a whole is so beautiful. It’s breathtakingly beautiful here, and photographers flock here to capture stunning photos of Thailand. Not only is the atmosphere beautiful, but the powdery fine sand makes you want to stay for a while. Take a walk along the beach; there are lots of shady spots. If you’d like, you can even get a massage right on the beach.

Also, the bright blue sea is wonderful! You can swim and dive because the water is so clear. At the end of the beach, there are good places to swim. You can also find more peace here than in the upper area near the beach cave. Around midday during the hot season, Phra Nang Beach can get very busy.  A lot of tour boats will stop there right now.  Don’t worry, okay?  Mornings and afternoons are quiet on the beach.

If you’re hungry, the food boats offer a variety of tasty Thai dishes. So, you can order pancakes, burgers, or pad Thai here, among other things. Fruit shakes are even served right out of the bright longtail boat. You can rent a boat and paddle off the stunningly beautiful coast if you like to be active while on holiday.

10. Pantai Melasti Ungasan – Bali, Indonesia

Melasti Beach, or Pantai Melasti, is a magnificent white-sand beach in Ungasan, Bali, near Uluwatu. Following the upgrade of the route to Melasti Beach by a local building project, several beach resorts have been established there. Easy access from wherever in Bali makes it a tourist paradise.

This lovely site is becoming more popular with tourists and locals, making it a must-see for island visitors. Melanie Beach has something for everyone, whether you want to relax by the beach, take a unique photo, or enjoy the whole experience. All you need to know about Melasti Beach in 2025.

Melasti is the name of the beach, and it means “purification.”  The Balinese like this beach because it is where the Melasti Ceremony happens. Melasti Beach is more than simply a beautiful place to visit because of its cultural importance and the ways it cleanses itself.

Melasti Beach, a trendy Bali beach, is our favourite. Since there are no steps, you can avoid them. You can park your bike or car at the beach. The beach club’s proximity to the sand makes food and drinks easy to procure. The cliffs offer stunning vistas, while local warungs serve beer and coconut food.

A lot of people go to Melasti Beach for its modern amenities, especially on holidays. A lot of Javanese people go on study tours here. If you’re looking for a private, hidden beach, Melasti Beach might not be the greatest choice.

Bonus Beaches Worth a Visit

Maldives Beach

There’s a good reason why people who go to the Maldives lie down on the beach. It’s the best place for a Maldives beach holiday because the water is so clear and the sand is as soft as sugar. There is a beach with lounge chairs or salas on every holiday island. Most of them have a “house reef” where they can cool off and see sea life.

At these places, you can find beautiful beaches:

  • St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort
  • COMO Cocoa Island
  • Fihalhohi Island Resort
  • Dhawa Ihuru
  • Finolhu Baa Atoll Maldives

If you’re close by, many motels and guesthouses offer trips to sandbanks, which are small ocean beaches. Because of the cost of seaplane and speedboat rides and rules about what to wear in the water, private resort island guests rarely go to beaches on populated islands. People who stay at a guesthouse can lie out in the sun on a private “tourist beach” on a habitable island like Maafushi or Thulusdhoo. As a sign of respect for society, women must cover up when they’re not in one of these private areas (rash guards and board shorts work).

People who have been to the Maldives say that the beaches are the most beautiful in the world. They were amazed by the powdered sugar-like sand on natural beaches, which was made up of tiny white coral.

In the Maldives, people enjoy water sports and relaxing. A lot of people like to surf, SUP, canoe, kayak, windsurf, and do kiteboarding and banana boats. Some places charge for water sports that don’t involve motors, but most don’t. Some places charge to rent diving gear. At holidays, people often play beach volleyball and eat in private on the sand.

Goa Beach

Goa beach holidays make India’s west coast paradise a bustling playground. Travellers come to sunbathe and celebrate due to its stunning coastline, diverse culture, and active atmosphere. Goa has something for everyone, whether you want to dance all night at a beach party, relax with yoga on the waves, or take the family to the beach.

Explore this beach wonderland and you’ll find that each length of sand has a unique vibe and many activities. The alternatives are endless, from North Goa’s vibrant nightlife to South Goa’s peaceful beaches for relaxation. Find the top Goa beaches to suit your mood this holiday season!

The best Goa beaches are hard to choose from. With miles of shoreline, you’ll find party spots and quiet retreats. North Goa’s beaches are known for their beach clubs, water sports, and youthful spirit, attracting tourists from all over the world. South Goa is more laid-back, where you may meditate and appreciate nature.

Here are Goa’s top beaches:

  • Calangute Beach: “Queen of the Beaches” draws sunbathers and watersports fans.
  • Baga Beach: Baga is perfect for beach parties and nightlife.
  • Anjuna Beach: The bohemian lifestyle, flea shops, and stunning sunsets of Anjuna make it a distinctive destination.
  • Palolem Beach: Yoga and relaxation are ideal here because to its quiet waters and attractive environment.
  • Agonda Beach: A peaceful getaway for relaxing and enjoying Goa’s natural beauty.

North Goa vibrates differently from South Goa when you visit these beaches. The energetic northern Goa beaches are perfect for adventurers and partygoers. South Goa’s beaches are perfect for peaceful couples and families.
